Course description

Generative AI is changing the way officials, civil servants, educators, and businesses carry out daily work, from drafting documents to searching for information and analysing data. However, how effectively AI is used depends heavily on the skill of writing clear, focused prompts suited to the administrative context.

The course has seven chapters, moving from an overview of generative AI and principles of effective prompt writing, to applying AI in drafting administrative documents, searching and synthesising information, analysing data, and finally information security and responsible AI use. Each chapter includes a video lecture, an in-depth reading, and a short quiz to reinforce learning.

The content is practice-oriented, with concrete prompt examples applied to office work, public administration, and business contexts in Vietnam and the wider CLMV region.
