By using the CLMV Knowledge Portal, users agree to comply with the terms below.
1.Accounts
- Each user uses one personal account and is responsible for the information declared.
- The full name on the profile is printed on certificates; changes after a certificate has been issued must be requested from an administrator.
2.Use of content
- Content on the portal belongs to the publishing agency or the author; illustrations state their source and licence.
- Users may quote content for study and research purposes, with the source clearly cited.
- Machine translations are labelled; where there is a discrepancy, the original language version prevails.
3.AI learning mentor
- Answers from the AI mentor are for reference only and may be inaccurate; learners should check them against the lesson content.
- The number of questions per day is limited; the mentor does not provide answers during quizzes.
4.Certificates
- Certificates are issued automatically upon completing a course and achieving the minimum final score.
- Certificates obtained through cheating may be revoked; the revoked status is shown on the verification page.
5.Prohibited conduct
- Sharing accounts or taking quizzes on behalf of others.
- Unauthorised interference with the system or automated data collection.
- Posting content that violates the laws of the host country.
