This research analyses value chain upgrading potential among agro-processing firms in Laos using firm-level survey data. Results indicate that access to quality certification support is a key differentiator between firms able to enter export markets and those confined to domestic sales. Machine learning for rice yield forecasting using climate and soil data in the Mekong Delta

This study develops a machine learning model to forecast rice yield based on climate, soil and cropping history data from several provinces in the Mekong Delta.
